We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Parts of the Service use large language models to summarise, analyse, or contextualise news. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date and must not be relied on as a sole source of truth. Always verify against primary sources before making decisions.

• scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content except under a written agreement;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or admin areas;
• upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization;
• republish substantial portions of our content without permission;
• use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

The Site, including its design, code, branding, written content, and original analysis, is owned by Animus Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the Service for non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved. "Tech Investors" and "Animus Labs" are trademarks of Animus Labs.

If you send us feedback, ideas, comments, or other submissions, you grant Animus Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation to you. Do not send us anything you consider confidential.

By subscribing you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may continue to send transactional or account-related messages where required.
